Returns and Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused, and sellable condition, along with all original packaging. Return Policy: We offer a 10-day return policy on all unused and unworn items, with no questions asked. Please note that this return policy does not apply to personalized jewellery. PREMOHA reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing any refund. In cases where returned orders are incomplete—such as when a customer claims to have sent back multiple items but the pickup does not include all of them—PREMOHA reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund amount.

What products aren't eligible for return?

  • Orders placed beyond the 10-day return window.
  • Rings that have been resized or altered.
  • Engraved fine jewelry (if an engraved ring is eligible for return, a ₹1,000 fee will apply for engraving removal).
  • Personalized fine jewelry, including name necklaces.
  • Items that have already been exchanged.

How to Return Your Jewellery

For security purposes, please use the original packaging to send your jewellery back to us or a similarly sized package.

Please include a note in your package explaining the reason for your return. This will help us process your return faster.

Refund: If you have requested a return, the refund will be initiated only after the product is received at our warehouse. All refunds will be processed strictly based on the purchase price mentioned on the original invoice. Any current product prices or price fluctuations at the time of return will not be considered when calculating the refund amount.
